Completely renovated before its reopening under the Anantara brand in December 2022, the hotel combines heritage architecture with contemporary lines, facing the Jardin Albert Ier and the Baie des Anges.

The establishment features 151 rooms and suites, with views of the city, gardens, or the Mediterranean. The majority offer a balcony or terrace, while superior categories boast superb panoramas of the Baie des Anges. Rooms range from approximately 20 to 35 m² and suites up to 75 m², including a Presidential Suite.

On the top floor, SEEN by Olivier is one of the property’s major assets, with its restaurant and bar situated on a spectacular rooftop offering 360° views of Nice, the sea, and the mountains. Les Colonnades Lounge complements the offering in a more intimate setting, while room service operates 24/7.
