Le Grand Mazarin
Parisian fantasy, flamboyant design and intimate luxury in the heart of the Marais.
An exceptional
escape
Why choose this journey
To experience Paris at an address that deliberately steers away from the more classic codes of the traditional palace hotel. Its exceptional location in the Marais, spectacular décor by Martin Brudnizki, Michelin Key, warm atmosphere and indoor pool make it an excellent choice for a romantic getaway, a cultural weekend, a shopping trip or simply a discovery of an elegant, creative and resolutely contemporary Paris.
Set on the corner of Rue de la Verrerie and Rue des Archives, Le Grand Mazarin occupies a prime address in the heart of the Marais, just a few minutes’ walk from the Seine, the Hôtel de Ville and Place des Vosges. The hotel cultivates the atmosphere of a sophisticated Parisian residence, intimate and lively, seamlessly woven into one of the capital’s most historic, creative and vibrant neighborhoods.
The 61 rooms and suites, including 7 suites, were envisioned by Martin Brudnizki as a joyful reinterpretation of French literary salons and aristocratic residences. Herringbone parquet floors, tapestries, four-poster beds, Pierre Frey fabrics, artisanal furniture and bold colors come together in a maximalist, artistic and deeply Parisian décor, while several interconnecting configurations also make it possible to accommodate families and groups.
The Boubalé restaurant extends this personality with a generous cuisine inspired by Levantine and Mediterranean traditions, paired with a cocktail bar that comes especially alive in the evening. The exuberant décor, floral prints and cosmopolitan atmosphere give the restaurant a distinct identity, making Le Grand Mazarin as much a neighborhood gathering spot in the Marais as a destination for hotel guests.
Beneath the hotel lies one of its most unexpected spaces: a heated indoor pool adorned with mosaics and overlooked by a fresco by artist Jacques Merle. A jacuzzi, hammam, fitness room and treatment cabin complete this hidden wellness retreat, offering a true moment of relaxation after a day of sightseeing, shopping or cultural discovery in Paris.
