Its location on Piazza del Parlamento allows guests to explore much of central Rome on foot, while staying close to boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and major monuments. Opening in March 2026 on the prestigious Piazza del Parlamento, Corinthia Rome occupies an imposing neoclassical palace built between 1913 and 1921 by architects Pio and Marcello Piacentini. Long associated with the Bank of Italy, the 9,700 m² building has undergone a restoration designed to preserve its monumental structure, mosaics, architectural details, and original 1920s frescoes. Its location in the historic Campo Marzio district provides quick access to the Pantheon, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, and Piazza Navona.

The establishment offers only 60 rooms and suites, including eighteen suites and three penthouses designed as true Roman residences. The interiors combine contemporary furniture, natural tones, marble bathrooms, artworks, and restored historical elements. The spectacular Theodoli Heritage Suite, located in the bank’s former boardroom, retains its original frescoes and floors across a 150 m² area. Other accommodations, such as the Aurea Suite or the Arte Suite, offer multiple bedrooms, reception areas, and large terraces overlooking the courtyards or the rooftops of Rome.

The Corinthia Spa Rome has been created within the bank’s former underground vaults. Inspired by Roman bath rituals, it combines mineral stone, soft lighting, and references to the laurel wreath. Its facilities include three treatment rooms, including a double suite, two pools, sensory showers, a hammam, a sauna, and an ice fountain. Personalized rituals, Seed to Skin treatments, and 111SKIN protocols are complemented by a Technogym fitness studio accessible twenty-four hours a day.

The gastronomy is overseen by Italian chef Carlo Cracco, marking his first Roman address. Viride by Carlo Cracco offers contemporary Italian cuisine based on seasonal products, served in a setting overlooking the interior garden. Piazzetta, set around an open kitchen and a landscaped courtyard, adopts a more convivial atmosphere for dining throughout the day. The Ocra bar completes the offering with signature cocktails, rare spirits, aperitivi, and late evenings in a decor inspired by the golden tones of Rome.
