FIVE Zurich occupies the former Atlantis hotel on the verdant heights of the Wiedikon district, at the foot of the Uetliberg. Reopened under the FIVE brand in July 2022, it develops an urban resort concept blending accommodation, gastronomy, art, music, and nightlife. Its two buildings overlook the forest and offer views of the Zurich skyline, while remaining approximately ten minutes by car from the center.

The property comprises 149 rooms and suites: 45 suites, 42 generously sized lifestyle rooms, and 62 Superior rooms in the East Wing. The main categories offer areas ranging from 17 to 78 m², with views over the city, pool, or Uetliberg, while several feature balconies. Connecting configurations of two to four rooms can accommodate up to ten guests, and the Royal Suite reaches up to 268 m² with kitchen, dining room, and eight balconies.

The ReFIVE Spa brings together five treatment rooms, a spa suite with jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, and an indoor pool. A fitness room, facials, massages, and recovery protocols complete the offering. Outside, the seasonal Social Pool combines a panoramic basin, jacuzzi, loungers, and poolside dining in a deliberately social and lively atmosphere.

Gastronomy and nightlife revolve around several concepts. Cinque Studio offers Italian cuisine enhanced with Swiss influences, while Soul St. reimagines international street food in a setting devoted to urban art. The Vault gathers international wines and rare cigars, while The Penthouse combines panoramic rooftop, restaurant, lounge, musical programming, and nightclub.
