Sea-view rooms with terraces, Hyde Beach, and immediate proximity to the Palais des Festivals make it a particularly appealing address for couples, romantic getaways and travellers wishing to experience Cannes on foot.

Located at 45 boulevard de la Croisette, Mondrian Cannes enjoys a prime setting facing the Mediterranean, around 550 metres from the Palais des Festivals. The hotel stands out from the neighbouring grand establishments for its contemporary lifestyle atmosphere and, above all, its expansive garden of around 4,000 m², a true green oasis in the heart of Cannes.

Spread across eleven floors, the 75 rooms and suites offer views over the sea or Cannes. The higher categories favour generous proportions, contemporary lines in Mediterranean tones and, for several of them, private terraces facing the sea; a Prestige Superior Terrace room, for example, measures 35 m² with a furnished 7 m² terrace.

Dining centres on Mr. Nakamoto, a contemporary Asian-inspired restaurant and bar, and Hyde Beach Cannes, set directly on the sands of La Croisette. The latter combines a private beach, sun loungers, cocktails and Italian cuisine facing the Mediterranean, with a livelier atmosphere and DJ sets during the summer season.

Mondrian Cannes places greater emphasis on art de vivre, the beach and lifestyle than on a traditional resort offering: the hotel features a 24/7 fitness centre, concierge service and its garden, but currently no on-site spa or swimming pool. Its private beach and location nonetheless make it possible to enjoy the Riviera to the fullest while remaining within walking distance of Cannes’ boutiques, restaurants and entertainment.
