For a more refined, tranquil and gastronomic experience than that of the traditional all-inclusive mega-resorts of the Riviera Maya. Its 349 rooms remain reasonable for a property of this scale, while the five pools, the remarkable spa, Autor and the Ceiba Club give it a true grand-luxury dimension. The property works particularly well for couples, but its Kids Club, Teen Zone and rooms with two queen beds also allow it to comfortably welcome families.

Opened in 2022, Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is set in a peaceful bay north of Tulum, between mangroves, tropical jungle and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The contemporary architecture favours stone, wood, natural fibres and sweeping perspectives open to the sea, creating a sophisticated atmosphere without losing the deeply Mexican identity of the place.

The resort features 349 rooms and suites, all conceived around generous spaces, private balconies and tropical or ocean views. The Ceiba categories provide access to an exclusive lounge and personalised services, while the most prestigious suites reach nearly 186 m² for the Presidential Suite.

Gastronomy is particularly ambitious with 11 restaurants and bars. Autor revisits Mexican cuisine through tasting menus, Maratea explores the Mediterranean, Ukai favours seafood and Kengai offers Japanese cuisine inspired by izakayas. Pool bars, café and wine experiences complete an offering conceived as a true culinary destination.

The Conrad Spa Tulum features 16 treatment rooms, while five pools, fitness, yoga, cultural activities, Kids Club and Teen Zone punctuate the stay. Golf enthusiasts also benefit from privileged access to PGA Riviera Maya. An all-inclusive option is now available, without transforming the property into an exclusively all-inclusive resort.
