The hotel offers 221 rooms and suites, fully redesigned by Tara Bernerd in a style blending mid-century glamour, contemporary sophistication, and Floridian references. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the skyline and Biscayne Bay, while marble bathrooms, deep soaking tubs, and Diptyque products reinforce the premium positioning.

Dining includes EDGE Brasserie and Cocktail Bar, highly regarded for its brunch and regional cuisine, as well as Bahía, set amid the expansive pool deck. Since June 2026, the Nikkei concept NUNA by Chef Jaime Pesaque has also become a permanent fixture at the hotel.

The wellness offering is particularly impressive thanks to access to the Equinox of nearly 4,650 m², with more than 100 classes per week. Two pools, hammocks above the water, cabanas, a spa, and a vast fitness room give the Four Seasons a true resort dimension without leaving Downtown.
