The most sought-after categories open onto the lake and the Alps, while the signature suites\u2014Sissi, Maharadja, Presidential, Imperial, or Royal\u2014perpetuate the property\u2019s very distinctive character. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gastronomy remains one of Beau-Rivage\u2019s signatures. At <strong>Rivage Caf\u00e9<\/strong>, Executive Chef Mathieu Croze offers contemporary, seasonal, refined French cuisine, from lunch through to the tasting menu.
