Opened in 1913, this historic grand hotel now cultivates a much more intimate atmosphere than its monumental facade might suggest, with interiors reimagined by designer Carlo Rampazzi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel features only <strong>60 rooms and suites<\/strong>, all south-facing and opening onto the lake and mountains. The generous volumes and decor, blending classical references, bold colors, and contemporary furniture, reinforce its unique character. At the pinnacle of the offering, the <strong>386 m\u00b2 Carlton Penthouse Suite<\/strong> is among the largest suites in Saint Moritz.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gastronomy is one of its major hallmarks. <strong>Da Vittorio \u2013 St. Moritz<\/strong>, led by the Cerea family and Chef Paolo Rota&#8217;s team, offers Italian cuisine awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points. The Grand Restaurant, credited with 16 GaultMillau points, focuses on local products and inspirations from the Engadine nature, while the Bel Etage and the terrace host afternoon tea and more relaxed moments facing the panorama. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Carlton Spa<\/strong> spans 1,200 m\u00b2 over three levels, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, hammams, treatments, fitness, and yoga. The experience extends to the slopes thanks to the shuttle to Corviglia and the Outdoor Butler, who organizes personalized adventures in the Engadine.
