Opened in 2017 and conceived alongside Baroness Ariane de Rothschild, the Palace adopts the spirit of a grand contemporary Alpine chalet, featuring wood, stone, fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property features just <strong>55 rooms and suites\u201441 rooms and 14 suites<\/strong>\u2014maintaining a particularly exclusive residential experience. Most accommodations include a fireplace and a balcony, while the larger suites offer multiple bedrooms and sweeping living spaces; notably, the Mont Blanc Suite occupies an entire floor with five bedrooms and seven balconies overlooking the peaks. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gastronomy is centered around <strong>Brasserie Benjamin<\/strong>, dedicated to contemporary French cuisine, and <strong>Kaito<\/strong>, which blends Japanese and Nikkei influences. Edmond\u2019s, the Glass Bar, and a remarkable cellar of over 14,000 bottles complete the offering, while <strong>Id\u00e9al 1850<\/strong>, perched on Mont d\u2019Arbois, extends the experience directly onto the slopes. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Spa, among the most expansive in the French Alps, covers nearly <strong>900 m\u00b2<\/strong> with six treatment rooms, a heated indoor-outdoor pool, a hammam, and relaxation areas. The wellness offering was further enhanced in July 2026 with an outdoor jacuzzi and a new sauna with mountain views.
