The city is especially renowned for its <strong>gastronomy<\/strong>, nightlife and sense of entertainment. Its various districts offer strikingly contrasting atmospheres, from the futuristic shopping centres of <strong>Umeda<\/strong> to the lively lanes of Namba and the neon signs lining the canal in <strong>Dotonbori<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The city\u2019s historical heritage is still dominated by the spectacular <strong>Osaka Castle<\/strong>, surrounded by walls, moats and a vast park that is particularly popular during cherry blossom season.
