Inaugurated as a hotel in 2023, it represents the first address of the French Evok collection established outside France. Its monumental façade adorned with chimeras introduces a world where Art Nouveau, Stile Liberty, and Modernism converge. Interior designers Yann Le Coadic and Alessandro Scotto preserved the building’s spectacular proportions while integrating marmorino, marble, dark woodwork, contemporary creations, and Murano glass objects. St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, and La Fenice theater are less than five minutes away on foot.

The property comprises only 43 rooms and suites, including 13 suites, distributed across five floors. Each accommodation features distinctive décor combining mango wood panels, marmorino walls, powder pink velvet, thick carpets, blown glass lanterns, and antique or contemporary artworks. The bathrooms extend this aesthetic with stone, mosaics, and golden details. Superior categories include separate living areas and, for some, a private terrace overlooking the rooftops or bell towers of Venice. The Master Suites Bianca, Pietro, Caterina, Enrico, Giacomo, and Tiziano adopt the atmosphere of true private apartments, while several rooms and suites can connect to accommodate families.

The Nolinski Spa myBlend, located on the third floor, draws inspiration from the elegance of Ottoman baths and offers personalized facial and body treatments, massages, and protocols utilizing LED masks and radiofrequency technologies. On the sixth floor, a relaxation pool entirely clad in gold-leaf mosaics occupies the space beneath the historic framework. Its large openings provide panoramic views of Venice’s rooftops, the historic center’s bell towers, and the lagoon. Primarily reserved for hotel guests, it represents one of the most distinctive amenities among hotels in the San Marco district.

Dining centers around Il Caffè Zeffirino, open throughout the day around an interior courtyard and landscaped patio, with a menu of Italian specialties. On the third floor, the Library Bar houses over 4,000 volumes beneath a monumental marine fresco by Simon Buret and offers cocktails, wines, and spirits in an intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is overseen by executive chef Adam Bentalha, accompanied by pastry chef Fabien Emery. The fine dining restaurant Zeffirino Venezia, dedicated to Italian and Ligurian classics in the former Council chamber, is scheduled to open in autumn 2026. The Nolinski Venezia also holds one Michelin Key.

The Nolinski Venezia occupies the former Venice Chamber of Commerce, an imposing late-1920s building located on the prestigious Calle Larga XXII Marzo.
