Opened in March 2019, the hotel occupies 43 floors of a 65-story tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The property features 413 rooms and suites, including 322 rooms and 91 suites. The entry-level categories offer 53 sqm, while suites start at 92 sqm and benefit from butler service as well as access to the Manor Club depending on their category. Custom furniture, walk-in closets, marble bathrooms, and relaxation areas in front of the bay windows enhance this impression of residential luxury.

The Asaya Spa by Guerlain combines personalized treatments, holistic programs, a Rossano Ferretti salon, fitness facilities, and spaces dedicated to movement and meditation.
