Nolinski Golfe de Saint-Tropez will be located in Gassin, on the grounds of the former Mas de Chastelas, within a park of approximately three hectares. A few minutes from the beaches, market, and harbor, this first seaside property of the brand will be designed as an elegant vacation home open to the vineyards, pine trees, and marine horizon. Its opening is scheduled for April 2027.
The official website now announces 50 rooms and suites, designed for couples as well as families and groups of friends. Conceived by Nathan Litera, the interiors will combine clean lines, noble materials, natural light, and selected artworks, in a Mediterranean interpretation of the Nolinski universe. The desired atmosphere will be soft, luminous, and sophisticated, without the formality of a traditional palace hotel.
The facilities will include multiple pools, tennis and padel courts, as well as a club reserved for children and teenagers. The spa will bring together rituals, treatments, and spaces dedicated to movement, combining relaxation, physical activity, and recovery. The expansive gardens will preserve an intimate atmosphere despite the proximity to the Saint-Tropez scene.
Dining will reflect the spirit of a grand summer house, with a restaurant and bar designed to accompany different moments of the day. Long lunches around generous tables, poolside breaks, sunset cocktails, and extended dinners will compose the promised experience. The names of the establishments, chefs, and specific menu directions have not yet been announced.
