Hotel Haya occupies one of the most iconic stretches of 7th Avenue in Ybor City, a historic district built around the cigar industry. Its name pays homage to Ignacio Haya, one of the pioneers of this local industry. The project notably incorporates the historic façade of the former Las Novedades restaurant, whose history dates back to the late 19th century.

The 178 rooms, including 16 suites, blend references to the district’s past with contemporary design: exposed brick in certain categories, works by local artists, balconies overlooking 7th Avenue, and carefully selected materials. Sferra linens, Frette towels, and Grown Alchemist products enhance the boutique and refined character of the experience.

At the heart of the hotel, an indoor courtyard with a pool forms a true oasis away from the bustling streets of Ybor.
